Intelligent Building Management System for T-Mobile

Terms of Reference

Open-plan offices are a proven means to create dynamic workplaces and communicative co-operation within modern structures. In such offices, it is essential to position the workplaces freely to form so-called work islands.

How can it be ensured that each employee is able to control lighting and other services such as sun-blinds or sockets individually? It is not possible to use switch-stands in open-plan offices because dynamic requirements have to be met. Floor containers with the appropriate telephones are interesting alternative to control services. And that is where the swift.consult expertise comes in: How can the telephone be interlinked to the lighting above the workplace and the sun-blind at the nearest window?
