The task
In co-operation with BUERODIVINE for Media Communication, swift.consult provided the entire basis to establish a new telephone
directory inquiry service portal in Germany. Whilst the partners supplied the design and public relations, swift.consult was
responsible for providing the entire software planning and development.
The objective was to differentiate the online telephone directory and classified directory, www.teleauskunft.com,
from other providers through speed, clear design and easy-to-operate search tools.
The customer
The IQ Telecom GmbH with headquarters in the Düsseldorf “Medienhafen”,
an important centre for telecommunications and internet companies, was
launched successfully in February 2006. The company regards itself as a
premium provider of telecommunications solutions. The comprehensive
corporate portfolio includes call centre solutions, telemarketing,
specific software solutions, marketing of service numbers, an
up-to-the-minute information databank for business customers as well as
the free online information portal. In addition the company operates
telephone directory inquiry services in Germany, Austria and
Switzerland.
The solution
In close co-operation with the customer, swift.consult created a system which met all the requirements within a few months.
Thanks to the modern NET technology and the coherent concept, it was possible to link external partners effectively via the
website and to provide new features within short development cycles.
